If you see a message like below when you try to access the Internet it probably means you are not being automatically logged into the web filter.
To temporary get around this you can enter your network username and password and Click the Login button and it should let you get online.
Look for the icon as shown below. If you do not see that icon it means that you have not gotten the web filter extension installed or it hasn’t finished installing.
*NOTE* It may take a couple minutes the first time a Chromebook is logged in for a new user for the extension to install. Subsequent logins it will automatically be there.
Reboot the Chromebook to see if the extension installs.
If the icon does not install you will need to provide the laptop to the IT department to determine why the extension isn’t installing.
